The Instrument Photograph Collection is housed in the archives in Washington, DC and consists of many different formats, ranging from black paper photo albums to glass plate negatives and lantern slides. Researchers may visit the archives by appointment to inspect the collection.  Images from the collection may be used only for educational and non-commercial purposes.  To schedule a visit or request digitized versions of specific images or permission to publish them, please contact the archives at:
